(Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 PM -- 3:30 PM in Sever Hall rm 208)
Reading Assignments
You must read the text assigned for each class and prepare a brief presentation
based on a selection from your reading. Your presentation should last no more than ten minutes and should
focus on the themes, ideas, or style of a specific passage. The object of your presentation is to show how a
particular passage affected you as a reader and how it relates to the text as a whole.
Some texts are available from the bookstore. Others are in xeroxes at the Ukrainian Research Institute.
